Where I Shine

Team coaching: Over the last several years, I’ve grown a small team of creative professionals and helped them to learn new creative skills, like video editing;  increase their ability to manage a creative project from idea through analysis; and develop a repeatable SEO analysis structure.

Brand governance: With an excellent eye for detail, I internalize brand visual identity and style guidelines and ensure implementation in all creative work. I’ve also drafted updated brand guidelines, trained colleagues and vendors, developed an asset management system and created collaborative generative AI guidelines for marketing/communications.

Solutions & systems mindset: If it isn’t scalable, it doesn’t matter how creative we are – I bring method and process to creative work, ensuring a framework we can repeat and adjust.

Technical experience: It’s vital to understand how ads, email marketing, personalization and algorithms work in order to be successful creatively – and I have a deep understanding of the more technical elements of marketing campaigns and how an audience interacts with them, speaking the language of developers, analysts and CRM teams when needed.

Ideas & Learning: As a chronically online millennial, I am continuously absorbing creators’ and brands’ work to consider how a new idea or tool could work for the brand I represent. From advertising trends and social content series to reputation management trends and visual design, I can find ideas everywhere. And I’m always curious, trying to learn new skills or absorbing industry best practices and thought leadership to help inform my future work, and where I believe brands should go in the future.
