It doesn’t matter how creative you are if you can’t scale it – at least not when you work for a brand.
When I joined Emory Healthcare, one of the first things I did was to create a repeatable, scalable formula for content reuse, and in 2023, I talked about how we fed the content machine in a session at the Healthcare Internet Conference.
When I present to a group of peers like this, I like to offer a look inside what it really takes – step by step, resources and tools we actually used – as well as the results we achieved.
